Transition Coach

A Transition coach is a person who is a spiritual guide of a living person's soul as they prepare to die. As we know, we're all going to experience physical death. However we are not going to experience death in the exact same manner.

 Transition coach or death doula is a service to support the dying and their families.

Sometimes, when people are going to die, there may be unanswered questions or family members who are having a hard time letting go. This can make it difficult for the person to let go and transition peacefully 

As a person who has had my own loved ones depart- I know this can be very hard to accept.

What I know as a psychic-medium is that when we, as the loves ones are conflicted it makes it harder on our loved ones.

This service will help you connect to the person in transition and share the messages needed to allow them to rest in power and peace.

You will feel more confident that your loved one will be welcomed into loving arms on the other side of the veil. 

This service will also make it easier to make arrangements for the persons final care and celebration of life services.  

When families are able to share their fears and concerns honestly and in a non-judgmental environment,  people can work together in harmony 

At the end of the day, we want our loved ones to know that they can rest peacefully and that those who are left behind will be okay.

This doesn't mean that it's not going to hurt when the person dies. It does mean that you've had an opportunity to connect with your special person in an honest heart-felt way before they leave body.

I have used this technique with my own family members and I can tell you honestly it has made the transition so much powerful. 

The death doesn't have to be seen a loss- it becomes a transition to a new relationship
